Nasolabial filler is a non-surgical injectable treatment that uses hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers to soften the appearance of nasolabial folds—the lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth.

Preparation
Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and supplements like vitamin E or fish oil for 24–48 hours before your appointment to minimize the risk of bruising. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

Injections
A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. The filler is then injected into the nasolabial folds using a fine needle or cannula. The procedure takes 15 to 30 minutes, and results are visible immediately.

Recovery
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and typically subsides within a few days. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive facial movement for 24 hours. Most clients return to normal activities the same day.

Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours
Refrain from strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat exposure (sauna, steam rooms) for 24–48 hours
Apply cold compresses gently to reduce swelling or bruising if needed

Sleep with your head elevated to minimize swelling
